Living a healthy lifestyle is very important for us and we believe that taking care of your body should be one of our top priorities. Eating healthy foods, working out regularly and generally taking care of your body are all things you should be doing to look after yourself.

Here at That Fitness Dude we like to help others by showing them that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be chore and is quite easy.

We like to work out on a daily basis to keep our bodies in top shape, not only for aesthetic reasons but also for health reasons. The body is an amazing machine. By staying healthy and in shape your body can fight off diseases easily, helps prevent injuries like the classic “bad back” a lot of people get and also gives you more energy to do the daily tasks in life.

We like to do primarily calisthenic style workouts and these can be done quickly, don’t need any equipment and can be done just about anywhere… If you’ve got room to do a push up, you’ve got room to do a full body calisthenic workout.

We don’t focus just on calisthenics here as not everyone will like this style by itself. Some people might enjoy going to the gym and lift weights and we’ve got you covered here. We’ll show you different exercises to work out all the major muscle groups and more importantly, how to do them safely.

We also focus on diet/nutrition. What you are putting into your body is very important. If you want to lose weight or put on muscle you must give the body the right nutrients to do the job. Food is a fuel for the body and eating unhealthy foods on a daily basis is like putting the wrong kind of fuel in your car… It’s just not going to do the job.

We are here to help you reach your health and fitness goals and make sure you are doing it safely. You can get the body of your dreams or hit that fitness milestone that seems impossible now, and we want to help.
